Celebrating My Grandma #celebratelu

I am so thankful for Ruth Ayres, who extends an invitation to share the celebrations from our week.  Why don't you join us?

Today I celebrate the life of my grandma.

Today I woke to the message that she peacefully passed early this morning.

Today I remember how hard she worked,
                      how hard she lived,
                      and how hard she loved
                      ...for 92 years.

Today I celebrate the 54 years (minus one day) I had her in my life.

I am one blessed granddaughter.

  1. Leigh Anne, your grandma's long life must have be filled with so many wonderful memories. I send my condolences to you. Grandmas are very special people. Mine was 94+ when she left us and my mother was beloved by children. My little granbaby's middle name was in honor of my mother. Celebrate the memories with your family this weekend.
